1. Service description
AI Crawl Radar (“the Service”) is a SaaS platform that audits websites for AI crawler accessibility, generates llms.txt / structured-data recommendations, and provides scheduled scans and score history under selected plans. The Service is operated by [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME] (“we”, “us”).
2. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering binding contracts. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
3. Plans, billing & trial
Plans, prices and feature limits are listed on the pricing page. Paid plans offer a free trial; trial length per plan is shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period unless cancelled at least one day before the renewal date. All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT unless stated.
4. Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from /account/billing. On cancellation your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period; no pro-rata refunds are issued for partial periods. Statutory withdrawal rights (Widerrufsrecht) for consumers under German law remain unaffected.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to audit sites you do not own or do not have permission to scan, to circumvent rate limits, to reverse-engineer the platform, or to use it in ways that violate applicable laws.
6. Liability
We provide the Service on an “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and within the limits of the law for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health. Liability for ordinary negligence is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Sales Convention. For business customers, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is [CITY], Germany.
